The Restate Committee is an Ad Hoc committee formed to edit, modify update the community Governing Documents (CC&R's and Bylaws) that regulate how the association is governed. Once the documents have been completed they will be mailed to all owners to vote and either approve or deny. If approved then they will be recorded against all properties in Desert Shores. Throughout this process the community will informed of all proposed changes and Town Hall meetings will be scheduled to get homeowner feedback.
